We're looking for you if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in management positions in hospitality, including 3 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager with an international hotel chain.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial management.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.

 We will trust You with:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B.
  • Manage the hotel's budget, revenue, and expenses for profitability, and report results to the head office.
  • Ensure compliance with national legislation in the hotel.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Provide effective leadership for the hotel team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold service standards.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Wyndham Garden brand standards.
