The 4*star hotel located in the business district of Munich, will be the first hotel under the Wyndham Garden brand in the city.

The project is being implemented by Mogotel Hotel Group subsidiary “Mogotel Development Holding” with the financial support of state-owned development finance institution ALTUM. With this financial support, Mogotel Hotel Group has set a priority to add 5 midscale and upper-midscale properties in Munich to offer hotels accessible for every segment in Germany.

The hotel was previously managed under ‘’Centerroom Hotel’’ name. To strengthen the guest experience and make it more attractive, competitive, and welcoming for the guests the hotel will be upgraded to match Wyndham Garden brand guidelines and is scheduled to open its doors in the first half of December under the Wyndham Garden Munich Messe name.

The new Wyndham Garden Munich Messe hotel will have 267 rooms, spread on 4 levels of the modern building most of them equipped with kitchenettes designed for the comfort of leisure and business travellers. In addition, the hotel will have a restaurant with terrace, lounge area, bar and meeting room facilities that can accommodate 80 guests (120m2). The hotel is an excellent choice for those travelling by car as it will have parking for more than 100 cars in the garage and in front of the hotel. The facility was opened in 2018 and dedicated to hotel operations.

The lease was initiated by hotel real estate specialist Cushman & Wakefield, which was commissioned by the owner of the property, Swiss based Cone Capital, who is also very pleased with the new operator.
