Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, encompassing both hotel and office staff.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor onboarding processes based on department-specific requirements.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for all employees.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars for ongoing skill enhancement.
• Utilize feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to evaluate and continuously improve training initiatives.
• Work closely with HR to develop and implement career development paths for employees.
• Create and execute succession plans, identifying and nurturing talent for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to people development across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable.
• Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist in the hospitality industry, covering both hotel and office environments will be considered as advantage. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Innovative approach to training program development.
• Proficient in the use of training tools and technologies.

Remuneration from EUR 1600, - gross to EUR 2000, - gross, depending on professional experience and eligibility requirements and bonuses.
