We will entrust you with:

• Carrying out systematic inspections of the technical condition of the hotel’s engineering systems, equipment, and mechanisms.
• Performing minor electrical installation and finishing works, including painting, plastering, and tile replacement.
• Ensuring the safe operation of equipment and systems by conducting necessary technical inspections and improvements.
• Performing various auxiliary tasks, including hoisting the flag and other seasonally related duties.
• Carrying out other tasks related to building maintenance.

We are looking for you if:

• You have an understanding of building technical documentation.
• You know the structure and maintenance of technical systems.
• You have experience in maintaining electrical supply, water supply, fire safety, ventilation, and sewage systems.
• You are characterized by precision and a high sense of responsibility.
• You have a good command of the Latvian language; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
