• Higher technical education will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in managing technical processes and implementing development projects.
• Knowledge of maintenance, engineering infrastructure management and safety principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse technical processes and develop improvements.
• High level of knowledge of English and Latvian.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the company's technical operations, ensuring a high quality of service.
• Preparing information for the company owners and the board of directors.
• Budget preparation and budget control for the technical and maintenance section of the hotels.
• Develop and implement technical development policies and procedures.
• Cooperation with the procurement department. 
• Plan and manage technical upgrading and development projects.
• Monitor and optimise technical systems and infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the technical team, ensuring a motivating and responsible working environment.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and occupational health requirements.
• Perform risk analysis, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure regular communication with management and other departments.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and propose innovations in the technical development of the company.
