Looking for you, if you have:

• Previous experience in the beauty industry or as an administrator would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• You are responsive, positive, punctual, and responsible.
• Fluent in Latvian and English. Other language skills will be an advantage. 
• Experience in customer service.
• Understanding of financial and administrative processes in the spa industry.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

• Organise the reception of SPA clients.
• To organise a client reception. 
• Providing information about SPA services.
• Conduct sales of SPA services.
• To take care of the billing documents.
• To provide a high level of service to hotel guests.
