We're looking for you if:

  • You have at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Your previous experience is in the hotel sector, working with sales and revenue management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English. Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage. 
  • If you have experience with Cvent, Lanyon, Hotelplanner, HRS software, we will consider it an advantage.
  • You have knowledge of the Baltic market.
  • You are not afraid to take initiative and accept new challenges.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to organise your work independently and purposefully.
  • You are able to react quickly to change and focus on dealing with non-standard situations.

  • Attracting corporate clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively establishing contacts, clarifying customer needs, finding the best solutions.
  • Preparation of quotations, drafting and conclusion of contracts.
  • Presenting hotels and holding regular meetings to maintain relationships.
  • Managing and contributing to the sales budget.
  • Processing and analysis of hotel sales figures.
  • Market research and analysis.
  • Preparation of reports and reports to management.
  • Supervision of the department in the absence of the manager.
