We're looking for you if:
- You have at least 1 year of sales experience.
- Your previous experience is in the hotel sector, working with sales and revenue management.
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English. Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
- If you have experience with Cvent, Lanyon, Hotelplanner, HRS software, we will consider it an advantage.
- You have knowledge of the Baltic market.
- You are not afraid to take initiative and accept new challenges.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- You have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to organise your work independently and purposefully.
- You are able to react quickly to change and focus on dealing with non-standard situations.

- Attracting corporate clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively establishing contacts, clarifying customer needs, finding the best solutions.
- Preparation of quotations, drafting and conclusion of contracts.
- Presenting hotels and holding regular meetings to maintain relationships.
- Managing and contributing to the sales budget.
- Processing and analysis of hotel sales figures.
- Market research and analysis.
- Preparation of reports and reports to management.
- Supervision of the department in the absence of the manager.
