The ideal candidate has:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle accounting processes.
Experience working with iScala is an advantage.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Excellent command of English.
Strong ability to justify and communicate decisions, persuade others, and make responsible decisions.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

What you will do at Mogotel Development Holding:

Support the company’s accountants in managing the full financial accounting cycle (excluding tax matters) for the company’s subsidiaries across 8 European countries.
Participate in the preparation of annual reports for the parent and subsidiary companies, as well as the consolidated annual report.
Advise company employees on accounting and bookkeeping-related matters.
Develop and maintain cooperation with outsourced accounting service providers.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.
