Required Skills & Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities to secure beneficial agreements.
• Proven skills in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, MICE, and travel agencies.
• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude, with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered as strong advantage.
• Knowledge Property Management Systems is highly desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Actively driving sales through regular client visits, phone calls, and proactive outreach.
• Presenting the hotel and conducting regular meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Participating in industry fairs, workshops, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
• Preparing price offers, coordinating contract preparation, and successfully concluding agreements.
• Building, developing, and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and acting as a trusted partner.
• Encouraging and facilitating cross-selling opportunities within the Mogotel Hotel Group, collaborating closely with colleagues across different properties.
• Analyzing market data, sales results, and industry trends to adjust strategies and support informed business decisions.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
