We will trust you with:
- Implement a commercial strategy that is fully aligned with the company's objectives and contributes to its growth.
- To follow up on the execution of the strategy and engage in improving sales processes.
- To execute and oversee sales for our branded hotels in Estonia.
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with business customers.
- Achieve sales targets in assigned customer segments.
- Monitor business performance against key indicators and report to senior management.
We are looking for you if:
- You have at least 2 years' experience in sales, prefferably hospitality industry.
- You are result-oriented and dynamic person
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- You have excellent knowledge of English and Estonian.
- You have analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into productive financial solutions.
- Experience with PMS Opera and/or Mews will be considered an advantage.
