Your day to day:

• Group and individual booking process for Voco Stokholm Kista
• Accepting and communicating reservations by phone and email.
• Working with various hotel programs.
• What we need from you:
• You have previous experience in customer service (experience in the tourism industry or as a reservations specialist would be an advantage).
• You have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude and openness to learning new responsibilities.
• You are able to plan and organise your working time independently.
• You are ambitious, energetic, committed and take initiative.
• You speak fluent Swedish and English. Other language skills will be an advantage. 
• You have good computer and application skills.
