Our ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in customer service (experience in the tourism industry will be considered an advantage).
• Good computer skills and experience working with various software applications.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the work schedule.
• The ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent Latvian and good English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage).

What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:

• Organize the reservation process for the hotel chains Wellton Hotels, Rixwell Hotels, and Rija Hotels.
• Handle reservations and communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Work with various hotel reservation and administration systems.
