What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to boost hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to create compelling marketing collateral.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Coordinate and execute special offers and flash sales to drive revenue.
• Maintain and optimize our online profiles on platforms like Google My Business and TripAdvisor.
• Plan and oversee video and photo shoots for promotional purposes.
• Execute PR activities, including press releases, articles, and influencer collaborations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in brand management and following corporate identity guidelines.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing large, integrated projects.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
