• Your previous work experience is in commercial, civil, and administrative law.
• You are fluent in English and Russian.
• You are able to plan and organize your working time independently.

We will entrust you with:

• Corporate law issues within the company group (preparation of protocols of members, supervisory board meetings).
• Cooperation with notaries, and translation agencies on document preparation.
• Preparation, receipt, distribution, filing, storage, and archiving of various documents.
• Working with corporate partners in Latvia and abroad, state and municipal authorities in the field of administrative and civil law.
• Other legal tasks related to business.
• Support the company's lawyers in their daily work.

Gross salary: from EUR 1000 to EUR 1200, depending on professional experience and eligibility requirements.
