We are looking for you if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience as an information systems administrator.
• Knowledge of corporate-level network infrastructure and experience in network administration.
• Practical experience in administering virtual (VMware, Proxmox, etc.) and physical servers.
• Knowledge in administering Microsoft systems (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, DHCP/Radius servers, Dynamics 365, CRM).
• Knowledge of Mikrotik devices.
• Knowledge of server and workstation equipment and components.
• Experience with High Availability (HA) systems.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, New Relic, or Datadog).
• Good communication skills and the ability to organize your working time.
• Good knowledge of Latvian and English.

An advantage would be:

• Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration tools (K8s/Docker).
• Configuration of CI and CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with programming or scripting languages (Python, PHP, Bash, etc.).

We will entrust you with:

• Developing, maintaining, and updating user documentation and instructions for system usage.
• Training and consulting system users.
• Analyzing necessary changes in information systems.
• Ensuring the stable operation, continuous development, and improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Monitoring infrastructure resources, servers, and network equipment in offices and hotels to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Maintaining backup, centralized antivirus, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborating with external IT partners and overseeing the quality of provided services and SLA.
• Developing procedures and instructions, as well as training users on company infrastructure.
• Organizing and participating in system testing.

Gross salary: 2200.00 EUR - 2600 EUR depending on professional experience.

Full-time position (working days from 08:30 to 17:00).
