We are looking for you if you have:

• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively cooperate with different departments and external partners.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Ability to perform business requirements/process analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Good knowledge of Latvian and English.

An advantage will be considered:

• Knowledge and experience in working with CRM and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Practical experience in migration projects from one IT system to another.
• Understanding of data warehouses and business intelligence tools.

You will be entrusted with:

• Defining business needs and analyzing existing needs through interviews, surveys and workshops, working with departments to implement required functionality.
• Plan and manage IT business projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring their successful execution on time and within budget.
• Conduct business process analysis in various departments (e.g. procurement, accounting) using tools such as Miro or Lucidchart, visualize processes and organize appropriate project execution.
• Collaborate with external partners through regular meetings, emails and MS Teams to integrate solutions into the company's business processes.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress using project management tools such as Kanban or ClickUp, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established goals.

Gross salary: 2000,00 EUR - 2500,00 EUR depending on professional experience.

Full time (working days 08:30-17:00).
