Your Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the work of the housekeeping/maintenance department.
- Plan employee work schedules and monitor task execution.
- Organize the delivery, tracking, and storage of goods, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of hotel premises, property, and surrounding areas.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
- Ensure cleanliness standards in hotel rooms and public areas.
- Organize inventory control and circulation of linen and cleaning supplies.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure high-quality guest service.
We are looking for you if:
- You have experience in operational planning, property maintenance, or a similar position in a hotel.
- You know cleaning processes and efficient work planning.
- You have experience in team management.
- You have good communication skills.
- You are fluent in Latvian (other language skills will be considered an advantage).
Shift work (day shifts).
