We are looking for you if:

• You have excellent communication skills
• You are responsive, positive, precise, and responsible
• Previous experience as a receptionist/administrator is considered an advantage
• You are proficient in Latvian and English; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage
• Experience with the PMS Opera system is an advantage

We will entrust you with:

• Registering and serving guests at the hotel reception
• Answering phone calls and providing guests with necessary information about hotel services
• Completing billing documents
• Working with the hotel management system
• Ensuring a high level of service for hotel guests
