• You have experience as a hotel manager or in any operational role within the hotel/tourism industry.
• You have a higher education degree in business management, hotel/hospitality management, or another relevant field.
• You possess strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
• You have a good understanding of financial indicators and their impact on hotel operations.
• You are able to lead change and improve processes.
• You can inspire a team and foster a positive work culture.
• You are able to make independent and timely decisions in a dynamic environment.
• You take responsibility for achieving results.
• You are fluent in Latvian and English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

• Managing hotel operations and ensuring the achievement of strategic and operational goals.
• Being responsible for the hotel’s financial results, budget planning, and execution.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing internal processes, occupational safety, and quality standards.
