We will entrust you with:

• Providing a high level of service to hotel guests.
• Registering and assisting guests at the hotel reception.
• Answering phone calls and providing guests with the necessary information about hotel services.
• Preparing billing and payment documents.
• Working with the hotel management system.

We are looking for you if:

• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are helpful, positive, precise, and responsible.
• You have previous experience as an administrator; this will be considered an advantage.
• You are fluent in Latvian and English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
