Come and join the team, and be Front Office Manager at a new hotel in Sweden which is coming soon. 

Your day to day:

  • Manage, supervise and train Front Office staff.
  • Check-in and serve guests at the reception desk.
  • Answer calls and provide guests with necessary information on hotel services;
  • Complete billing documents.
  • Perform data entry in the hotel management system "Opera”.
  • Provide a high level of service to hotel guests.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures to enhance guest experiences and streamline front desk operations.
  • Training, mentoring, and empowering the front office team, fostering a team-oriented, guest-focused work environment.
  • Collaborating with other department heads to optimize guest satisfaction, maintaining smooth interdepartmental communication, and upholding hotel standards.
  • Reviewing and analyzing guest feedback and implementing necessary improvements to enhance guest experience. 
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly, ensuring proper follow-up and guest satisfaction.

What we need from you:

  • Fluent Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage. 
  • You have at least 1 year of previous experience as a Front Office manager. 
  • You are responsive, positive, as well as punctual and responsible.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are familiar with the Opera hotel management system, this will be considered an advantage.
  • You have a desire to develop professionally and are achievement-oriented.
