Your day to day:
- Manage, supervise and train Front Office staff.
- Check-in and serve guests at the reception desk.
- Answer calls and provide guests with necessary information on hotel services;
- Complete billing documents.
- Perform data entry in the hotel management system "Opera”.
- Provide a high level of service to hotel guests.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures to enhance guest experiences and streamline front desk operations.
- Training, mentoring, and empowering the front office team, fostering a team-oriented, guest-focused work environment.
- Collaborating with other department heads to optimize guest satisfaction, maintaining smooth interdepartmental communication, and upholding hotel standards.
- Reviewing and analyzing guest feedback and implementing necessary improvements to enhance guest experience.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly, ensuring proper follow-up and guest satisfaction.
What we need from you:
- Fluent Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
- You have at least 1 year of previous experience as a Front Office manager.
- You are responsive, positive, as well as punctual and responsible.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are familiar with the Opera hotel management system, this will be considered an advantage.
- You have a desire to develop professionally and are achievement-oriented.
