We will entrust you with:
- Performing the required maintenance of engineering systems equipment in accordance with technical documentation.
- Preparing a list of materials required for maintenance work and ensuring their delivery.
- Organizing repair works by engaging competent specialists.
- Preparing as-built documentation and carrying out the necessary coordination with responsible authorities.
- Performing other tasks related to building maintenance.
We are looking for you if:
- You have an understanding of building technical documentation.
- You have knowledge of the structure and maintenance of technical systems.
- You have experience in maintaining electrical supply, water supply, fire safety, ventilation, and sewage systems.
- You are characterized by precision and a high sense of responsibility.
- You have a good command of the Latvian language; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
