• You are fluent in the Latvian language.

We will entrust you with:

• Food preparation and serving according to the menu.
• Compliance with cost calculations.
• Knowledge of and compliance with hygiene standards, sanitary regulations, food preparation technological processes, and product storage rules and expiry dates.
