Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Director or Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, preferably within an international hotel chain or multi-property environment.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and distribution management, with a focus on driving revenue and profit growth.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of turning data insights into actionable business decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and develop Revenue Managers and cross-functional teams across multiple hotels.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills; fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with modern RMS and BI platforms (IDeaS RMS experience is an advantage).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across hotels and departments, ensuring alignment and execution of shared commercial goals.
- Location: Hybrid within the Baltics (Riga, Vilnius, or Tallinn), Poland, Hungary with a preference for Riga.
What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:
- Lead and oversee the Revenue Management strategy across multiple hotels, brands, and locations, ensuring optimal pricing, inventory, and distribution decisions.
- Develop and execute commercial and revenue strategies that drive sustainable growth and maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance, identifying risks and opportunities across the cluster.
- Provide forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making at both property and corporate levels.
- Collaborate closely with hotels and different department teams to align commercial actions and achieve shared business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Revenue Management team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation by optimizing RMS, BI tools, and data processes to enhance revenue performance.
