Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role within the hotel industry. Experience working with global brands is an advantage but not essential
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multi-market sales strategies (leisure, corporate, direct bookings, and MICE segments)  
• Experience in global RFPs and account procurement processes
• Strong leadership skills, with experience leading, coaching and developing international teams
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change
• Proficiency in market research methods and analysis
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and loyalty
• Location: Preferably Riga, hybrid within the Baltics (Vilnius, or Tallinn), Hungary or Poland. 

What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:

• Lead and execute sales strategies across our European portfolio in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Germany (all hotels are operated under international brands)
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales teams across multiple countries
• Build and maintain relationships with key global clients and partners while identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with franchisors' global sales teams to maximize market presence and revenue
• Develop and execute sales strategies in line with Mogotels' brand values and commercial goals
• Represent the Mogotel Hotel Group at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, F&B, SPA, Events, and Executive teams to ensure consistent business strategy execution
