We trust you:

• Carry out systematic inspections of the technical condition of the hotel's engineering systems, equipment and machinery.
• Organise the repair of utilities, using competent specialists.
• Keep records of repairs and maintenance work carried out on the utilities.
• Carrying out repairs to crafts, decoration, electrical installations, plumbing.
• Other works related to the maintenance of the building.

We are looking for you if:

• You have an understanding of the technical documentation of a building.
• Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of technical systems.
• Experience of working with electrical, water, fire, ventilation, sewerage, systems maintenance.
• You are characterised by punctuality, high sense of responsibility.
• Good command of Latvian, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

Schedule: Full-time, 08:30-17:00, business days

Remuneration: starting from 9,08 EUR/hour.

• Wellton Centrum Hotel & SPA (Kalēju street 33, Old Town)
• Wellton Riga Hotel & SPA (Vaļņu street 49, Old Town)
