We're looking for you if:

• You have an understanding of the technical documentation of a building.
• Knowledge of the design and maintenance of technical systems.
• Experience of working with electrical, water, fire, ventilation, sewerage, systems maintenance.
• You are characterised by punctuality, high sense of responsibility.
• Good command of Latvian, other languages will be considered as advantage.

We will trust you with:

• To carry out a systematic check of the technical condition of the hotel's engineering systems, equipment and mechanisms.
• To organise repairs of utility systems by competent specialists.
• Keep records of repairs and maintenance work carried out on the utilities.
• Carrying out repairs to crafts, decoration, electrical installations, plumbing.
• Other works related to the maintenance of the building.

Schedule: Full-time, 08:30-17:00, business days

Remuneration: starting from 9,08 EUR/hour.
