Marina’s Journey from Administrator to General Manager Assistant

Marina's journey at Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel began in 2013, leading to her current role as the General Manager Assistant. ​
Progressing from hotel administrator to Front Office Manager at Wellton Centrum Hotel & SPA within a year, Marina's dedication and versatility stood out.​
She was an integral part of the opening team for Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel, weathering challenges and reaping rewards. ​
Marina's career achievements include the "Mogotel Employee of the Year" (2017) and "Mogotel Rising Star" (2022) awards, underlining her enduring commitment to the organization's growth and success.​

A Career of Impact as COO and Board Member

Inese's influential career, spanning roughly 8 years, reflects her dynamic journey within the company. Starting as a restaurant project manager during the inception of Wellton Riga Hotel, she swiftly progressed through roles like Procurement Manager and Administrative Director. Her ascent to Chief Operating Officer and board member signifies a commitment to growth and excellence. Additionally, Inese's role as a board member of the Latvian Hotel and Restaurant Association exemplifies her dedication to industry sustainability and advancement.

Laine Dundure (Hotel Director)

In September 2015 I started working at Rixwell Old Riga Palace Hotel as a hotel administrator and in parallel I continued my studies at Turiba University in the program "Hotel Management";
After working at the hotel for less than a year I had the opportunity to go on a 6-month internship in the USA, which I gladly accepted;
In 2017 I returned to Latvia and resumed my job at the Rixwell Old Riga Palace Hotel, but as the Head of the Reception Department, or " Frontoffice Manger" as it is popularly called;
In 2020, after about three years at Rixwell Old Riga Palace, I wanted to improve my career and took the opportunity to rotate to Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel as Head of Guest Reception;
At the end of 2021, the first Rixwell Hotels brand hotel in Estonia, Rixwell Viru Square Hotel, opened in Tallinn and needed the help of Latvian colleagues to be fully operational. I agreed to help and became a "human orchestra" at the Tallinn hotel, doing all the work to make the hotel fully operational;
After a few months in Tallinn, I was offered the opportunity to return to my hometown hotel as a hotel manager. I want to thank Mogotel for noticing me and entrusting me with this position! Together, we will strive to make this hotel more interesting and comfortable for guests in the future.
