• Experience in managing technical processes and implementing development projects.

What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:

• Lead and oversee the company’s technical operations, ensuring high service quality.
• Prepare reports and information for company owners and the board.
• Develop and control the budget for the hotel's technical and maintenance departments.
• Design and implement technical development policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Plan and manage technical modernization and development projects.
• Monitor and optimize technical systems and infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the technical team, creating a motivating work environment.
• Coordinate cooperation with external suppliers and partners.
