The ideal candidate has:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle accounting processes.
- Experience working with iScala is an advantage.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong ability to justify and communicate decisions, persuade others, and make responsible decisions.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
What you will do at Mogotel Development Holding:
- Support the company’s accountants in managing the full financial accounting cycle (excluding tax matters) for the company’s subsidiaries across 8 European countries.
- Participate in the preparation of annual reports for the parent and subsidiary companies, as well as the consolidated annual report.
- Advise company employees on accounting and bookkeeping-related matters.
- Develop and maintain cooperation with outsourced accounting service providers.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.
