We will entrust you with:

• Organise and control the restaurant operations.
• Ensure service standards when serving guests.
• Organise breakfast, conference, coffee breaks and banquet services.
• To maintain the restaurant documentation, submit necessary reports to the company management.
• Manage, select, plan restaurant staff.
• Organise the procurement of food and beverages in accordance with the company's procurement strategy.
• To perform accurate costing of food and beverages against the selling price.
• Keep up to date with market trends.
• Update the restaurant's menu and drinks list at least once every half year in collaboration with the chef.
• Monitor the restaurant's budget.
• To analyse the restaurant and conference product and make proposals for its improvement and development.

• You have a relevant background in business management, hotel/hospitality management or another relevant field.
• You have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
• You have a high sense of responsibility.
• You are fluent in Latvian and English.
• You have a desire to develop professionally and are achievement-oriented.

Remuneration from 1650 EUR gross, depending on professional experience and eligibility requirements.
