Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, execution of hotel pre-opening, refurbishment  and similar hotel related projects.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including owners, investors, and senior management.
• Preparing and presenting detailed project reports, status updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Ensuring all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained and adhered to.
• Implementing best practices in project management and continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
