We are now looking for a pro-active Cluster Sales manager based in Tallinn to look after three our hotels in the city.
Key responsibilities will be to develop and implement a sales plan to cover following segments - corporate, travel agencies and loyal direct clients. Comprehensive list of prospecting accounts, direct sales activity, managed agent activity, client engagement and promotional planning and contract negotiation.
- Explore new areas of business lead generation, new industries, new businesses moving into region and feed market areas driving business.
- Ensure to be consistently up to date with direct competitor hotels and have knowledge to shift market share where the opportunity fits with our hotels.
- Networking with industry colleagues and partners, attending business appropriate events to seek out new opportunities and development the hotels network to bring more leads to the properties.
- Corporate with Sales colleagues representing other Mogotel hotels to generate and share leads, activity working with clients to contract other our hotels within the group.
- Actively work with the team members to ensure that hotels receives all leads, receives RFPs and increases exposure to new contracts and market share growth and that your cluster of hotels is well represented with client and agent engagements.
We are looking for someone that has an experience in similar role :
- Worked within a branded hotel structure, with a strong commercial outlook on sales and very focused driven.
- Excellent sales, customer care,
- Account management and negotiation skills, along with a strong presentation and influencing skills are needed in order to achieve results.
- A training of PMS and CRM systems will be provided.

Salary:
- Remuneration between 2000 EUR and 2600 EUR gross, depending on professional experience, conformity requirements.
