Are you an experienced professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Do you possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills? We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Director. As the Administrative Director, you will oversee various departments including IT, HR, legal and office management, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes across all areas. This is a high-level position with a focus on strategic planning, team management, and resource optimization.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Administrative Director or similar.

• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, HR practices, legal compliance and office management.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams, driving performance and achieving goals.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT, HR, legal, purchasing, and office management departments within the hospitality industry.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• Oversee the IT department and any technology-related projects or initiatives.

• Collaborate with the HR department to oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development programs.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with the legal department to mitigate risk and address any legal or compliance issues.

• Supervise the office management team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions, facilities management, and maintaining an organized and productive working environment.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across all areas of responsibility.

• Develop and manage budgets for the IT, HR, legal and office management departments.

• Collaborate with senior management to contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making process of the organization.

Remuneration from 2,800 - EUR gross, depending on professional experience and eligibility requirements.
